After a big spike in coronavirus cases over the last couple of weeks, Ada County is moving back to Stage 3 of reopening. That means, according to Central District Health, that all bars the county must close indefinitely starting on Wednesday. We spoke with a downtown Boise bar owner who called the new development "devastating." And, we talk with a member of Gov.
